McDonald's in Maryland

"I usually don’t write reviews, but today stood out to me. Nykira and Destiny were Great! From the moment I walked in a I felt welcome. They made to greet everyone warmly and made sure to check on everyone in the restaurant throughout their stay. Honestly l, I haven’t had an experience like this in a McDonald’s in maybe ever haha. Good job Nykira and Destiny!"

"On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten."

"reading these reviews doesn’t add up to me i been going to this location for over 4 years not once has the staff been rude to me always helpful and ask me if im using my app to help me save money , 2 guys that work window been there for years they need a raise there both always so kind and friendly manager is helpful when there’s a mistake in my order (not everybody is perfect new hires i understand) and sometimes they park me but it’s worth it at the end because my food is so hot it burns my mouth this is my favorite location i have ever been too ."

"The first time I visited in the morning at 5637 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD 21228, I'm glad I did. The inside is very clean and the service was very pleasant and the rose in each table was very welcoming."

"I had a job around the corner with some time for lunch so I stopped in for a Filet-O-Fish meal. I Was greeted by a pleasant, polite and very professional gentlemen who took my order and at the height of the lunch rush I had my piping hot meal in about 60 seconds. Bravo!!! because I have given up all hope for customer service at fast food restaurants. The only complaint I have is why does McDonald's not have Filet-O-Fish specials during lent??? What is the deal??? 2 for 4, 2 for 5, come on man, give us Catholics a break!"
